Dr Carol Atack is a bye-fellow at Newnham College. Her books include The Discourse of Kingship in Classical Greece (Routledge, 2020), based on her Cambridge PhD thesis, and Anachronism and Antiquity (Bloomsbury, 2020), co-authored with Tim Rood and Tom Phillips during a Leverhulme-funded research project at the University of Oxford. She is currently working on a monograph on the temporality of Platonic dialogue.
